It is nice and straight, would be great for a re chrome. Although the chrome has held up and is still pretty shine, it some minor pitting on it, nothing major but not show quality.
It also has the formic label on. It has 6486 at the top and lh towards bottom. All the mounting holes and alignment pins look good. Here is a left hand or driver side headlight bezel surround.
