I tried to show the worse end in photo. Replanting yours will cost 400 to 600 depending upon the condition of your core. Near show quality, with just a few very tiny dots probably less than 10 total on both ends.

Price is firm. Its difficult to show chrome in photos. Strongly believe it is the top bar for a 1951 Chrysler. This is either nos or a more recent replate, re chrome.

A bargain at shipping. Very nice chrome. Part number is as stamped on back of the bar.
