Guessing would be around mid 60s by the other similar parts I have. Includes 4 Edge guards instruction paper. One set - gm part door Edge guards.

Still in original packaging I did open to show contents for photos and re-packaged. I am not a vintage gm expert. Instruction paper shows for olds 88, 98, star fire, jet star and delta model's - but I imagine it just means the instructions were packaged with all of those.
