It is in new condition showing a few very light scratches that cannot be seen with pictures. It was purchased in a large lot of nos and used parts but this sitting on shelf for long time. It shows a few rust spots on back of ends from moisture. It will not come with any of the mounting hardware or Bowie cable pull.
