The chrome is in very good to excellent condition. Hard to find then, nearly impossible now that it is almost 50 years old. Parts for reference are: c9gb-068-b right hand side, c9gb-069-b left and c9gb-8200-c or d section. Even the emblem is in great shape.
I have had this on my shelf in indoor storage for 20 years. All 3 pieces are from the same original car, so patina is matched, and fit good. You are buying on a 1969 Mercury cyclone, Gt, or Montego MC, complete front grille assembly.
It would be perfect for any high dollar car. This grille is in excellent original condition, very little pitting at all, no breaks or damage that I can detect. Remember, this grille is all original un-restored, so you won't be trying to undo someone else poor quality work.
