It is approximately inches wide and tall.

Two of them are quite small, but one is a little larger and noticeable, for being used over 40 years old, i'd say that's not bad. I will answer as quickly possible.

Shipping within the USA is 7. The only problem I see is that it has about three chips in red insert.

It has both mounting pins that appear to be in nice condition.
