I think this will fit into any Ford van although there were some differences in the grilles over years, one is chrome and has blue oval which earlier ones didn't have, but it should either way. Feel free to ask me any questions. No broken mounting tabs, has the headlight bezels and parking lights emblem, one area of chrome is blistering at top both closeup pictures are showing same spot, just from different angles.

Otherwise, nice used shape. This listing is for a pretty nice original chrome grille from 1989 Ford econoline full size van.
