Is too nice to take a chance in shipping for damages and plus it is heavy and not a easy item to crate.

Sells for do not have bolt hardware or manual. It is heavy and well built.

No rust, no scratches, very nice piece.

This is a total goldmine at this price I promise if you want to look it up. Comes with mounting brackets which requires no drilling to install.
